Made from a 3-layer Japanese field nylon, this heavy-duty fabric is abrasion-resistant, waterproof, and wind resistant. Fully seam sealed, the Expedition Pant features an extra layer between the shell and mesh lining (from the crotch to the knee) to provide extra protection from water getting through. There is also a waterproof gusset at the center-front closure and waterproof zippers are used throughout. 

Designed with the ergonomics of long-distance touring in mind, the Expedition Pant is constructed with articulated knees for ease of movement. VELCRO® waist adjusters allow the pant to be cinched or expanded, while the bottom of each leg features a simple VELCRO® adjuster and gusset so they can be easily hemmed. An adjustable knee pad allows you to place it wherever you want for the most comfortable and best fit. The Expedition Motorcycle Pant also features a jacket-to-pant zipper integration system on the back waistband that connects to the Expedition Motorcycle Jacket as well as other moto jackets. For storage, it features two zippered front hand pockets and two zippered side pockets.

For riding at night, a JRC Reflex® reflective piping has been incorporated into the back yoke and  seams. This innovative material reflects bright white when lit by headlights, but remains matte black under normal lighting conditions.

For protective padding, we partnered with D3O, the global market leader in impact protection and shock absorption. D3O uses unique patented and proprietary technologies to make rate-sensitive, soft, flexible materials with high shock-absorbing properties. The Expedition Motorcycle Pant is equipped with pads featuring D3O® technology at the hip and knee, all of which are CE-certified and completely removable.
